In cucina è possibile scegliere tra la proposta a la carte, dove troverete proposte classiche, perfettamente realizzate, come la Parmigiana di melanzane, il Carpaccio di manzo affumicato, con funghi e salsa ventresca, gli spaghettoni con bottarga, limone nero, incenso e salsa di mandorle. Nel menu degustazione “apriti sesamo”, risaltano i pensieri e il grande rispetto per la materia di quel fuoriclasse della cucina che è Massimiliano Alajmo. Rigatoni alla carbonara all’olio e crema di cipolle rosse e Rombo scottato, carciofi al bergamotto e cialde di riso, sono l’esempio più lampante.
