The restaurant placed right at sea level, where for many years the Chef Pasquale Palamaro has been offering a personal cuisine closely linked to the flavors of his beloved island. Surprising is the work done on the seasoning of the fish which, here, becomes an interesting mix of seafood salami. The staff is well-trained and very professional.
