Una vetrina, una friggitrice e un’idea che funziona su una via piena di studenti, di fianco a un cinema, in pieno centro. Ecco spiegato il successo. Accettano solo pagamento elettronici e danno giusta attenzione e informazione per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Non ci sono posti a sedere, ma hanno una convenzione con il locale attiguo che, a fronte della consumazione del bere, permettono la seduta.
