Il Flauto di Pan è il ristorante di Villa Cimbrone, un nome magico scelto non a caso. Arrivati qui, infatti, si ha la sensazione di vivere in un sogno. La villa è circondata da un parco verde su più livelli, affacciato sul panorama mozzafiato. Siamo a Ravello uno dei paesi più affascianti della Costiera Amalfitana. Villa Cimbrone è una vera attrazione con i suoi alberi secolari e il giardino splendidamente curato, ma vale la pena provare anche il ristorante per continuare a nutrirsi di emozioni. In cucina troviamo Lorenzo Montoro e la sua cucina diretta, fatta di tecniche classiche con le radici ben salde nella terra. Nei piatti tanti prodotti provenienti dall’orto che ha il suo posto d’onore in giardino. Quasi tutto è di origine biologica, inoltre bello trovare in menù anche un ottimo pollo ruspante e soprattutto vari piatti in cui il protagonista è il pomodoro. Una vera cucina mediterranea.

In the kitchen, we find Lorenzo Montoro. His cuisine is direct and uses classic techniques, his roots are firmly set in appreciation of the land. In the dishes, you’ll find many products that come directly from the garden. Almost everything is of biological origin, it is nice to find some excellent free-range chicken on the menu but, above all, the various dishes in which tomatoes are the protagonist.
