Acquarasa è l’all day dining, con tanti piatti classici a disposizione, alleggeriti e presentati in maniera elegante, Mentre il ristorante gastronomico è il Bluh Furore, affidato a Vincenzo Russo con la super visione di Enrico Bartolini. Tre i percorsi degustazione, di cui uno completamente vegetariano. Mano sicura e leggera, tecnica e spunti creativi sono di casa. Il servizio, attento e garbato, completa l’esperienza di ottimo livello.

For those who are more demanding, there is the possibility of booking the Furore Lodge, a villa on one of the terraces of the structure that has 2 suites immersed in a huge private garden. Acquarasa is the all-day dining experience, with many classic dishes available that are light and presented in an elegant way. The restaurant is the Bluh Furore, entrusted to Vincenzo Russo with the supervision of Enrico Bartolini; three tasting itineraries are available, one of which is completely vegetarian. Their confident and light hand, masterful technique, and creative ideas all emerge very clearly in the dishes. The attentive and polite waitstaff nicely completes the excellent experience.
