Il ritmo della degustazione non è mai monotono e i primi piatti conservano una centralità basata sulla godibilità. Bellissimi i dolci, non zuccherini e che non strancano.

The style followed in this complex is that of Mediterranean luxury. It is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea and the Pugliese countryside. Here everything is intimately linked to nature, with keen respect for the environment and sustainability, both environmental and human. This venue can go well beyond the client's needs in astonishing ways.   There are four pools, an enchanting wellness center, and various dining proposals under the guidance of Domingo Schingaro. In the restaurant Due Camini the vegetables enjoy equal if not greater attention than meat. Seafood is also present in all its various forms from algae to fish. The tasting menu is never monotonous and the first courses are very enjoyable. The desserts are stunning, they are not too sweet and they never bore.
