Il ristorante si presenta già dall’entrata molto curato ed elegante. Le sale sono ampie ed i tavoli sono disposti in modo da lasciare la giusta privacy ai clienti, il servizio è molto attento e presente ma non invadente. La carta è composta da tre menù di cui uno vegetariano; la scelta è comunque molto flessibile. In alternativa si può ordinare tranquillamente alla carta componendo il proprio pasto.
I piatti sono risultati tutti molto belli come composizione e veramente squisiti al palato, una cucina con prodotti ricercati del territorio che lo chef riesce ad amalgamare in modo eccellente. Locale fornito anche da una cantina vini che sicuramente riesce a soddisfare anche gli appassionati più esigenti. L’offerta è ricca sia di vini autoctoni che di eccellenze nazionali, da notare anche l’ottima scelta di distillati per finire in bellezza un’eccellente esperienza culinaria.
Non fatevi ingannare dal nome tipicamente altoatesino, poiché la chef Anna Matscher compone le proprie creazioni gastronomiche attingendo anche a tradizioni più mediterranee e internazionali. Una vera maestra dei sapori. Anche sui dessert la sua è una proposta che unisce bontà a personalità.
Decidere quale portata consigliare è estremamente complicato visto il livello altissimo di ogni preparazione.

The offer is composed of three fixed menus, one of which is vegetarian. The choice is, in any case, very flexible. Alternatively, one can order à la carte and create your own meal.
The dishes are very beautiful in their presentation and are truly exquisite for the palate. The kitchen uses sought-after products from the territory which the chef manages to amalgamate perfectly. The restaurant also has a cantina that will certainly satisfy even the fussiest wine enthusiasts. The offer is rich both with local wines and national greats. There is also a wonderful selection of distilled spirits to finish an excellent culinary experience in the best way.
Do not be deceived by the name that is typically South Tyrolean, because the chef Anna Matscher composes her own gastronomic creations by also drawing upon the more Mediterranean and international traditions.
