La famiglia Spadone ormai da tre generazioni è il punto di riferimento per l’alta ristorazione abruzzese. Sotto La supervisione del padre Marcello, i figli Mattia (chef) e Alessio (in sala) sono gli eredi designati per portare avanti quell’idea di cucina essenziale, seguendo la tradizione, ma con un tocco di modernità. Una cucina che affonda le sue radici intorno alla materia prima di altissima qualità figlia di un territorio generoso, il che sta a significare tanta tipicità, creazioni uniche, pochi fronzoli e tanto sapore.
Esempio dello stile di cucina è l’Arrosti-Gin, omaggio a Civitella Casanova patria degli arrosticini. Una carta dei vini importante e la libertà di scelta tra un menù alla carta e tre menù degustazione (piatti classici, contemporaneo e vegetariano). Rispetto e sapienza rendono La Bandiera uno dei grandi ristoranti d’Abruzzo.
The Spadone family has been a landmark for high quality dining in Abruzzo for three generations now. Under the supervision of the father Marcello, the sons Mattia (the chef) and Alessandro (in the dining area) are the heirs destined to carry on the idea of an essential cuisine. It follows tradition but with a modern touch. This cuisine has its roots in the raw materials of the highest quality that come from the generous local territory. This means you will find many typical dishes here, but also unique creations, few frills and a lot of flavor. An example of the style of cooking is the Arrosti-Gin, a homage to Civitella Casanova, home to the arrosticini or roasted skewers. There is a wine list which includes important labels. You may order à la carte or chose from the three tasting menus (classic, contemporary and vegetarian dishes). Respect and know-how make La Bandiero one of the best restaurants in Abruzzo.
