I Sette Consoli
I Sette Consoli sono ai vertici della ristorazione umbra da qualche decennio e in tutto questo tempo mai un passo falso, mai un calo di tensione e di qualità. Il motivo? Anna Rita Simoncini e Mauro Stopponi sono innamorati del loro lavoro, della loro vita. La cucina di Anna Rita è suadente e voluttuosa, ricercata nella sua semplicità, raffinata nella selezione di concetti e idee, assolutamente vera e pura nei sapori e nelle ispirazioni che sa dare.
