Un rifugio di calma e tranquillità a pochi metri dal Faubourg St-Honoré lo Splendide Royal è un hotel ricavato nel palazzo signorile costruito alla fine del ‘800 antica residenza di Pierre Cardin. Qui anche il ristorante Tosca in cui la cucina dello chef Raffaele De Mase offrono una panoramica fedele della cucina italiana contemporanea coccolati da Stéphane Bouillet abile maestro di sala. Tra i piatti le paste secche hanno un posto d’onore così come il risotto. Comodo il menù a pranzo in due o tre portate a massimo 49 euro.
This venue is a haven of calmness and tranquillity. It is situated just a few meters from the Faubourg St-Honorè. The Splendide Royal is a hotel housed in an elegant building built at the end of the 19th century, the former residence of Pierre Cardin. Located also here is the Tosca restaurant where the kitchen of Chef Raffaele De Mase offers a faithful overview of contemporary Italian cuisine pampered by Stéphane Bouillet’s able dining management. Among the dishes, the dry kinds of pasta have a place of honour as well as the risottos. The lunch menu is quite convenient, you can have a two or three-course meal for a maximum of 49 euros.
