Giovanni Pireddu ha portato un angolo d’Italia, quella del gusto che si fa valere, in terra di Francia. Un piccolo locale, molto grazioso, tavoli senza tovaglie e sedie vintage. Il menù del pranzo dal lunedì al sabato è un vero affare, da 29 euro ad un massimo di 45 euro, per una cucina di questa qualità. Per la cena la proposta è più articolata, sempre ad un costo più che conveniente. Fusilli con seppie e ricci di mare, tagliolini con tartufo bianco, i tortelli ripieni di pollo con consommé di gambero rosso, sono davvero ben fatti e dimostrano la straordinaria mano di Giovanni per la pasta. La carta dei vini, fatta di solo etichette italiane in terra di Bordeaux è un atto di coraggio, ma anche di grande conoscenza e cultura dei territori vitivinicoli italiani.

The wine list is made up of only Italian labels, doing so in the land of Bordeaux is a true act of courage. However, it also demonstrates a great knowledge of the Italian culture of its wine territories.
