The all-around welcome for some exclusive stays is underlined, in every season, by true South Tyrolean atmospheres, with the colors and scents of centuries-old pine, fir, and Cimbrian trees that frame the swimming pool and the wellness center.
Great attention is paid to the cuisine thanks to chef Peter Girtler who interprets the rich variety of local ingredients grown on the venue's farm with a gourmet touch. A signature cuisine that skillfully combines the roots of tradition with modern technique and presents dishes that satisfy the eye as well as the palate. The wine cellar, curated by sommelier Lisa Kinkelin, is also very interesting.
