Al timone della cucina c’è il Nicola Somma, professionista schivo, già responsabilizzato a Torino, ora di fronte alla scommessa della sua vita professionale. In sala Edoardo Buonocore, grandissimo maestro di sala, personalità discreta e sempre low profile ma capace di risolvere ogni problema possibile e immaginabile. In cantina Antonio Indovino, serio e preparato professionista. Venire qui significa provare un grande classico che riassume il meglio dell’evoluzione gastronomica italiana e mediterranea degli ultimi anni. Due i menu degustazione a prezzi più che abbordabili. Plus per la piscina immersa nel verde, luogo di vero relax e la colazione veramente convincente.

In the dining room, Edoardo Buonocore proves to be a great professional dining room attendant, with a discreet personality. He remains low-profile but always capable of catering to any customer's request. In the cellar, Antonio Indovino is collected and a trained professional.
