Oltre al menù à la carte troverete tre proposte di degustazione, sia a pranzo che a cena, diverse nel prezzo. Abbiamo amato le tagliatelle con crostacei e sedano rapa.
The atmosphere that is experienced in this beautiful restaurant within the Ritz Carlton in Kyoto is wonderful. The environment is refined and in the Japanese style, there are three private rooms for those who desire maximum privacy. The tables that host the chef’s dishes are minimalistic. The proposals marry Japanese tradition with Italian tradition.
In addition to the menu, you will also find three tasting proposals, both for lunch and dinner with different prices. We loved the tagliatelle with shellfish and celery root.
