The eggplant parmesan tortelli are delicious. The lamb with horseradish, pink grapefruit and chard have great character. The more curious guests will ask the talented Roberto for a dish that has become famous “stuffed tortelli with basil, Sicilian pecorino served with a cream di Mazara red prawns”.
