Il Piccolo Principe
A Viareggio, in uno degli scenari più belli del Bel Paese, scrutiamo maestoso ed elegante il Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. Impossibile non lasciarsi stregare dalla splendida vista che regala il comodo terrazzo con la piscina, posto fronte mare: niente di più bello dopo aver soggiornato in una delle splendide stanze caratterizzate da differente ampiezza e comfort. per confort e metratura. In perfetto “Luxury Style” troviamo il ristorante Piccolo Principe capitanato dallo chef campano Giuseppe Mancino: non perde di vista le sue origini meridionali donando importanza alla materia prima oltre alla cucina creativa e ricercata. I focus sono diversi e ispirati tutti all’alta cucina: una forte attenzione rivolta al pescato che non mette in ombra carne, cacciagione e quinto quarto animale. Interessante la carta dei vini decisamente molto ampia.

The Piccolo Principe restaurant, in perfect “Luxury Style,” is led by the Campania chef Giuseppe Mancino: although living in Viareggio, he never lost sight of its southern origins, he gives importance to the raw materials as well as to the creative and refined cuisine. His creations are focused on different aspects and are inspired by haute cuisine. Strong attention is paid to the fish, that does not overshadow the meat, game, and the fifth quarter of the animal. The very extensive wine list is interesting.
