Il ristorante gastronomico è Un Piano nel cielo, una fantastica terrazza che permetto di godere a pieno del panorama dalle grandi vetrate o di cenare direttamente in terrazzo se il tempo permette. Una cucina mediterranea, fatta di tecnica e di richiami alla tradizione rivisti in chiave moderna. Tra le proposte anche un menu completamente vegetariano, che non vi farà assolutamente rimpiangere alcuna proteina animale e i dolci senza glutine, veramente ben fatti. La carta dei vini è ampia, con ricarichi giusti e consente di bere grandi classici, ma anche piccole chicche. Il servizio è molto attento e disponibile.

The 37 rooms in which white dominates the scene, are full of charm and are furnished with elegance and sobriety. The attention to detail makes the experience very unique. The restaurant of this venue is “Un Piano nel cielo,” placed on a fantastic terrace that allows you to fully enjoy the view through the large windows. You can also choose to dine directly on the terrace if the weather permits. This is a Mediterranean cuisine, made of technique and references to tradition, but revisited in a more modern key. Among the proposals, there is also a completely vegetarian menu, which has nothing to envy meat courses; you can also get gluten-free desserts, which are very well made. The wine selection is extensive, and, at fair prices, you get to enjoy important labels as well as small classics. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly.
