È proprio dall’idea di un caffè all’italiana che parte l’avventura dei fratelli Alajmo a Parigi, che hanno avviato questa impresa insieme a Gianni Frasi, torrefattore nel Laboratorio Torrefazione Giamaica Caffè a Verona. Dopo tre anni di discussioni, alla fine la decisione di riaprire lo storico Atelier Stern insieme al giovane imprenditore David Lanher: per la realizzazione dello spazio ci si è rivolti all’architetto Dominique Averland e a Philippe Starck. Sulla tavola tutti i grandi piatti della tradizione italiana interpretati con estrema pulizia e alleggeriti dai grassi. Bellissima carta dei vini. Ormai da quasi dieci anni un posto da non perdere a Parigi.
It is precisely from the idea of an Italian coffee that the adventure of the Alajmo brothers in Paris had its starting point. They started the enterprise with Gianni Frasi, a roaster in the Giamaica Caffè Torrefaction Laboratory in Verona. After three years of discussion, the decision was finally made to reopen the historic Atelier Stern along with the young businessman David Lanher. The space was created by the architect Dominique Averland and Phillppe Starck. On the tables, you will find all the great dishes of the Italian tradition interpreted with extreme care and an eye to reducing the amount of fat in the proposals. You’ll find a lovely wine list. For almost ten years now, it is a location not to be missed in Paris.
