La cucina è a vista e da qui potrete apprezzare il lavoro dello chef e della sua squadra, se volete invece regalarvi un pasto con vista, è possibile usufruire del terrazzo. Prodotti freschi e di stagione, con qualche contaminazione asiatica, abbinati con eleganza e senso del bello. Tra le proposte Mantecato di cavolfiore, mandorle di Toritto, finferli, tuorlo d'uovo, farro soffiato, i Ravioli all'aglio selvatico con passata di pomodoro San Marzano, guanciale croccante, pecorino toscano, olio di pinoli, nocciola I.G.P. Carta dei vini esaustiva, con una bella selezione anche al calice, cocktail molto curati così come la selezione dei super alcolici.
