La Repubblica Ceca ha il suo uomo del Made in Italy e questo è senza alcun dubbio Roberto Lucque, anima di diversi locali. Partiamo dalla carta dei vini che contiene il meglio di Italia e anche di Francia, Austria e Germania, con delle scelte mai banali e sempre a servizio dei clienti anche nei ricarichi. Ambiente raffinato, elegante, uno spazio metropolitano. Tavoli senza tovaglia e il grande bancone del bar che segue la sala. In cucina troverete dei sapori intensi, che trovano sempre l’equilibrio gustativo, a volte in maniera del tutto inaspettata. Tra le proposte dei primi, pasta, fagioli cannellini e mare e agnolotti alla burrata, tartare di melanzana affumicata, due consistenze di parmigiano stagionato 40 mesi e passata di pomodori del piennolo arrostiti. Tra i dolci il sorbetto al cioccolato amaro Claudio Corallo affogato al caffè Gianni Frasi è una vera chicca.
The Czech Republic has now got its hands on an excellent made-in-Italy ambassador, namely the Italian Chef Roberto Lucque, who is the soul of several restaurants. The wine menu offers the best of Italy but also France, Austria, and Germany, with choices that are never mundane and tailored to the customers, also thanks to its wide selection. The environment is refined and elegant, located right in the middle of this metropolitan area. The tables have no tablecloths and the large bar counter follows the dining area. From the kitchen, you can detect some intense flavors which always match the dishes with their perfect gustatory balance, sometimes in a completely unexpected way. Among the first courses, we encounter some pasta, cannellini with sea beans and agnolotti alla burrata, smoked aubergine tartare, two consistencies for the 40-month aged Parmesan cheese, and the roasted piennolo tomato sauce. Among the desserts, we are in for a real treat: the Claudio Corallo bitter chocolate sorbet drowned in Gianni Frasi coffee.
