Una offerta di cucina italiana d’autore che si arricchisce di ingredienti territoriali dal pranzo alla cena passando per l’ora del thè e gli aperitivi in box. Al timone Carmine Amarante, esperienze da Nino Di Costanzo, poi in Giappone con Beck. Nell’agosto 2020 diventa Executive dell’Armani/Ristorante Tokyo, oggi è supervisore dell’intera l’offerta culinaria del gruppo in Giappone, che comprende anche gli Emporio Armani Caffè di Tokyo e Osaka. Fra le proposte, tortelli alla genovese e tartufo, il ramen all’italiana, l’apple roll, convincono per tecnica a sapore. Spettacolare il babà, difficile trovarne di così buoni fuori da Napoli. Servizio professionale, sempre attento e premuroso.
The restaurant is located on the tenth and eleventh floors of the 56-metre-high Armani/Ginza Tower, one of the most important architectural landmarks in the prestigious shopping district. Here you will find an offer of Italian signature cuisine, enriched by local territorial ingredients from lunch to dinner, including tea time and the boxed aperitifs. At the helm, you’ll find Carmine Amarante, along with Nino Di Costanzo expertise, and Beck from Japan. In August 2020 he became the Executive of Armani/Ristorante Tokyo, today he is the culinary director of the entire offer in Japan that includes the Emporio Armani Caffè of Tokyo and Osaka. Among the proposals tortelli with Genovese and truffle sauce, the Italian version of ramen, and an apple roll.
