We are on the 27th floor of the Burj al Arab, considered the most luxurious hotel in the world and a symbol of the city of Dubai. There is a large glass room that offers views of the beach and the sea of the Persian Gulf. The cuisine which uses intense colours has an Italian imprint with an eye on France. Chef Saverio Sbaragli is used to an international clientele to whom he offers dishes with flavours made with the best ingredients. A section of the menu is dedicated to truffles. Don’t miss out on trying the risotto, it was impeccable. The wine list is top-quality.
