I panini, i taglieri, i piatti, una vera e proprio ode a questa carne. Il pane, davvero ottimo, viene preparato con il grano Verna. La carne è cotta a bassa temperatura. Ne risulta un prodotto tenero, succulento, con un leggero gusto di affumicato. Cinque le salse in abbinamento tra cui poter scegliere, da quella con la mostarda di pere a quella con la cipolla caramellata, oltre ad una salsa del giorno. Interessante l'offerta di birre artigianali. Il servizio è scanzonato, informale, ma non fa mancare mai grandi sorrisi. Grande qualità della materia e prezzi nella media cittadina, fanno di Porco Brado uno degli indirizzi a cui vale la pena fare visita.

The service is nonchalant, informal, but always very cheerful. The products used are of great quality and the prices are within the city’s average. Porco Brado is definitely a place to try.
