The place is small, with a few stools indoors and a few tables outside, and it is born with the logic of an in-and-out service, therefore it is great for a quick drink on the spot, a take-away or even delivery. Eight hamburgers in different combinations, five of which are special, including the “sana” (healthy) version without the fried chicken but based on sautéed mushrooms with the addition of bechamel and parmesan instead. The real focus of this place is the chicken with potatoes and fried tripe (recipe coming from Mazzo's previous experience), perfect for an insatiable hunger and at an affordable price. The three key steps of his specialities are initial spicing of the chicken with coriander and black pepper, then the homemade breading with dry bread and cornstarch for the wings, finally the frying which will result in a crisp and thick product. Even for the salad, the choice is unusual and the only one present is the coleslaw. Among the ingredients, you will always find the Avezzano potatoes and the Roscioli bread.
