Porco Brado è un piccolo fast food mono prodotto in zona Isola a Milano, l’ambiente è piacevole. Lo staff è molto cordiale e illustra bene il piatto forte che consiste in un panino farcito con cinta senese cotta a bassa temperatura che risulta molto tenera e ben affumicata. Un grande prodotto. Il panino è saporito, dal gusto equilibrato e viene abbinato a una selezione di 5 salse che ben si combinano con la carne. Se non si ha voglia del panino nessun problema, la carne potrà essere anche consumata al piatto e abbinata ad una generosa porzione di insalata. Al costo di 9 euro il panino assicura una buona dose di felicità grazie alla sua abbondante farcitura, donando sazietà anche ai palati più affamati.
Un’interessante selezione di birre artigianali completa l’offerta.
Porco Brado is a small mono-product fast food in the Isola area of Milan. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very cordial and adept at illustrating their signature dish well. It consists of a panino stuffed with Cinta Senese which is cooked at a low temperature and is very tender and smoky. A great product. The panino is tasty with a well-balanced flavor and it is paired with a selection of 5 sauces that compliment the meat well. If you do not feel like a sandwich, that is no problem. The meat can be also ordered as a dish with a generous portion of salad. At the cost of 9 euros the panino guarantees a healthy dose of satisfaction thanks to its generous toppings; it will satiate even the hungriest customers. There is an interesting selection of craft beers to complete the offer.
