Osteria La Corte

A pochi chilometri dal centro di Pescara, l’Osteria La Corte è un luogo immerso nel verde. La struttura, caratterizzata da legno e mattoncini, è molto bella e curata, e vista l’ampiezza degli spazi, si adatta perfettamente ad ospitare grandi eventi.
Al centro della cucina c’è l’utilizzo di ottime materie prime che cambiano rispettando la stagionalità. E’ evidente da parte dello chef, la scelta accurata dei migliori produttori locali, compresi l’utilizzo di diversi Presidi Slow Food. I piatti, alcuni ripresi dalla tradizione abruzzese, sono gustosi ed equilibrati. Per chi volesse fare un percorso più lungo, sono disponibili diversi menù degustazione. La carta dei vini, curata con attenzione, spazia da vini più convenzionali a quelli naturali, regionali e non solo. La sala è informale ma non manca la professionalità e la cortesia nei riguardi degli ospiti.

At a few kilometers from the center of Pescara, the Osteria La Corte is a place immersed in green. The structure, in wood and brick, is very lovely and well-kept, and given the ample spaces, it is the ideal venue to hold large events. At the center of the cooking, there is a use of excellent raw materials which change according to the season. The careful choice of the best local products by the chef is evident, including the use of various Slow Food Presidia products. The dishes, a few of which are reprisals of the traditional Abruzzo cooking, are tasty and balanced. For those who wish to try a longer meal, several tasting menus are available. The wine list has been chosen with care and spans from more conventional wines to the more natural, regional and others. The dining area is informal but professionalism and courtesy towards the guests is never missing.
