This is a chateau resort that has been overlooking the Dolomites for three generations. It was their grandfather who inaugurated the refuge, which, thanks to the family's vision and hard work, has become a point of reference in high alpine gastronomy. The two siblings demonstrate professional skills and maturity acquired through experience and self-education, starting with local products and their own model of hospitality.
