Amatriciana imperdibile: piatto, ricco, pieno, completo. Pomodoro avvolgente ma ben dosato, proprio come il pecorino. Guanciale che restituisce sapore eppure non è spento, tantomeno esausto. Forchettate al dente, davvero golose e appaganti.

A menu that looks to tradition and a wine list that is continually updated, with great strength in the kitchen thanks to the relationships personally curated by the Rocchi family with small regional producers and breeders. The Amatriciana is a must-try: a dish that is rich, full, and complete. The tomato is enveloping but well balanced, just like the pecorino cheese. The guanciale gives flavor without being overpowering or exhausted. The pasta is al dente, truly delicious and satisfying.
