Ha compiuto da poco i dieci anni questo boutique hotel nato nell’antico monastero di Conca dei Marini, pochi chilometri da Amalfi. Quasi gli stessi anni che sono stati necessari alla proprietà per l’imponente ristrutturazione che oggi ci consente di vivere ambienti storici, austeri a volte, capaci di sottolineare in maniera magnifica il panorama e il bellissimo giardino con la piscina a sfioro. Qui più che una sosta a cena consigliamo di regalarvi una o più notti per apprezzare pienamente il posto ed il cibo. Oltre alla possibilità di mangiare in maniera informale il ristorante Il Refettorio guidato dallo chef Alfonso Crescenzo propone un dinner menù ricco di piatti ispirati alla tradizione campana non facendo mancare i grandi ingredienti italiani.
This boutique hotel, established in the ancient monastery of Conca dei Marini, a few kilometers from Amalfi, recently celebrated its tenth birthday; almost the same timespan that was needed for the property to undergo the impressive renovations that today allow us to experience these historic locations, austere at times, but capable of magnificently underlining the panorama with the beautiful garden and the infinity pool. Here, rather than stopping just for dinner, we recommend you treat yourself to one or more nights to fully appreciate the place and the food. In addition to the possibility of eating informally, the Il Refettorio restaurant led by chef Alfonso Crescenzo offers a dinner menu full of dishes inspired by the Campania tradition, that always include top Italian ingredients.
