Ogni menù è un’esperienza e non si fa in tempo a finire che già si vorrebbe ritornare per provare il nuovo menù. Una cucina cucinata fatta prima di tutto di tanta sensibilità e rispetto per i prodotti con virtuosismi tecnici sui vegetali cha ha pochi eguali. There is a nice opportunity to venture into a wine list that represents the territory in a meaningful way. The chef's capable dexterity and her sensitive palate result in dishes that express a strong personality. She believes in following seasonality and preserves her cuisine with both old-school and modern techniques creating new flavors, wisely drawing combinations from the vast biodiversity of a rich and authentic territory. Each menu is an experience in itself and, when you leave the place, you'll already find yourself looking forward to going back to try a different menu. Her cuisine is made, most importantly, with a lot of sensitivity and respect for the products that are prepared with technical craft with very few equals.
