This is the home of Leopold II of Lorraine, the last Grand Duke of Tuscany.  The venue has become one of the most loved luxury retreats for gourmands. The large Tuscan-style rooms are equipped with every comfort and immersed in the vineyards of this immense estate. Everything is nicely complemented by the gastronomic offer of La Trattoria by Enrico Bartolini, with resident chef Bruno Cossio. There are two tasting itineraries to choose from in addition to the menu. The 100% Charcoal itinerary, for example, is very much in line with the environment, where both meat and fish find their place; this itinerary also includes an unsurpassed seafood risotto. The appealing wine list and the young serving staff complete the experience in this restaurant nestled in the picturesque Maremma.
