All’interno de Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris L’unione tra la famiglia Cerea, vera macchina da guerra della ristorazione italiana nel mondo, ed Oliver Piras ed Alessandra del Favero, hanno dato vita a questo ristorante, che è un piccolo gioiellino. Ambientazione con colori pastello che ricordano il barocco siciliano, servizio attento ed informale. L’offerta è uno spaccato dei grandi classici della cucina italiana e dei grandi classici della famiglia Cerea. Dai Paccheri alla Vittorio, alla mitica orecchia di elefante, una cotoletta gigantesca, cotta nel burro chiarificato e servita al centro della tavola. Notevoli anche le proposte del senza glutine e del menu completamente vegetale. Il menu dello chef 5 portate a 125 euro è dettato dalla stagionalità dei prodotti.
