Chef creativo e dal fine senso artistico ha creato un luogo dai toni tenui e luminosi che ricordano i paesaggi della Costiera o del lago di Garda nei giorni di primavera. I piatti portano in tavola gli stessi colori, con presentazioni eleganti. Possiamo dire senza paura di smentita che Mario Gamba è riuscito tenacemente a far conoscere per primo in Germania la cucina italiana fine dining, con qualche sottolineatura francese, e questo fa di lui una icona per il made in Italy. Apprezziamo sempre gli ottimi ingredienti sia sul fronte pesce che carne (la sella di capriolo è deliziosa) e la pasta fatta in casa. Così come un teatrale servizio del caffè che coniuga spettacolo e qualità.
