Semplice, rapido efficiente. Questo è Maramimmo, all’apparenza solo uno dei tanti locali che si sono lanciati nella nuova frontiera del “pesce cotto da asporto”, in realtà, piccolo e sicuro porto dove le ricette tradizionali della marineria termolese, e più di qualche concessione alle “nuove tendenze” trasposte in chiave “streetfood” dettano legge. Il podio, come sempre, è per la frittura (con spine e senza spine…) da mangiare caldissima magari in modo “naif”, cioè camminando per strada o in piedi sui marciapiedi vicini. Oltre questo, dal banco a vista si possono scegliere molte altre proposte da asporto a base ittica, come già detto in buona parte di ricette tradizionali, sempre da asporto, o da degustare, magari sporcandosi le mani strada facendo. Qualche bevanda tra birre e vini locali, e tanta gentilezza.

Simple, fast, efficient. This is Maramimmo, apparently just one of the many places that have launched itself into the new world of "takeaway cooked fish". In reality, it is a small and safe “port” where the traditional recipes of the Termoli seamanship impose new “rules”. More than a few concessions are made to convert common “trends” to a more “street food” style. The podium, as always, is for the fried fish (with or without bones) to be enjoyed very hot and in a more “informal” way, perhaps walking down the streets or standing on the nearby sidewalks, as many people do here. Additionally, you can choose many other fish-based takeaway proposals from the open counter. As already mentioned, for most of the traditional recipes, you always get it to go or to taste on the spot, perhaps getting your hands dirty along the way. A few drinks between beers and local wines are available, along with a lot of kindness.
