Osteria nell'anima. Il Perbacco è sempre molto frequentato per questo. Buoni vini, salumi e formaggi d'autore, piatti della tradizione più schietta e un ambiente che - fuori e dentro - è caldo e accogliente. Perbacco si trova in centro a Torreglia. Mauro Olivetto, insieme al figlio, gli ha dato il taglio giusto: quello dell'informalità. Questo gli ha permesso di intercettare più fasce di clientela, per età, gusto e possibilità economiche. Perbacco si può definire un locale trasversale, 'democratico'. Talvolta ci si può ritrovare al banco o seduti in qualche tavolo interno o esterno semplicemente per fare due chiacchiere davanti a uno spritz e a qualche 'spuncion' (gli assaggini che in Veneto da sempre accompagnano l'aperitivo). Sui piatti e sui taglieri gira tanta roba buona: dallo spezzatino d'asino (tipicità dei Colli Euganei e della bassa padovana) alla trippa, al baccalà. Ma anche insaccati di qualità, formaggi rari, hamburger fatti con carne locale, verdure dell'orto e del campo. I vini e le birre poi sono la passione di Mauro. Servizio veloce e... informale. Good wines, signature cured meats and cheeses, dishes of the purest tradition, and an environment that - inside and out - is warm and welcoming. Perbacco is located in the center of Torreglia. Mauro Olivetto, together with his son, gave it the right atmosphere: that of informality. This allowed them to intercept more varied clientele, by age, taste, as well as financial resources. Perbacco can be defined as a transversal, 'democratic' venue. Sometimes you can find yourself at the counter, sometimes sitting indoors, sometimes outdoors; simply to have a chat and a spritz along with some 'spuncion' (finger food that Veneto has long used to accompany the aperitif). There is a lot of good-quality food, either served on plates or cutting boards: from the donkey stew (typical of the Euganean Hills and the lower Padua area) to the tripe and cod, but also quality sausages, rare cheeses, hamburgers made from local meats, vegetables from gardens and fields. Wines and beers are Mauro's passion. Fast and casual service. At Perbacco there is always a good excuse to stop by.
