La famiglia Cerea è un simbolo dell’ospitalità e dell’accoglienza per l’intero Paese. Una lunga storia alle spalle e un presente fatto di impegno civile nei confronti del proprio territorio. Siamo ad un passo da Bergamo, a La Cantalupa, proprietà immersa tra vigneti e varia vegetazione. Un parco incantevole e curatissimo in cui magari fare una rilassante passeggiata prima di cena. L’accoglienza è semplicemente perfetta, una grande squadra affiatata capitanata da Rossella, capace di interpretare le esigenze degli ospiti a colpo d’occhio. Potrebbe già bastare questo per farlo uno dei migliori ristoranti d’Italia, oltre all’ampiezza della cantina e al monumentale servizio di dolci e coccole a fine pasto, ma la vetta si tocca con piatti realizzati con maestria, ricchi di gusto, contemporanei ma con un’occhio alla tradizione. Alcuni hanno fatto storia e sono oggi ancora richiestissimi come i Paccheri al pomodoro (versione elaborata dal capostipite Vittorio) mantecati con burro e parmigiano direttamente al tavolo o l’Orecchia d’elefante, la gigantesca cotoletta da mangiare in due o più persone. Tra le proposte di pesce rintracciamo un gusto moderno e un grande rispetto per una materia prima di altissima qualità. All’interno della struttura anche alcune confortevoli suites per chi desidera concedersi il grande lusso di pernottare in questo luogo incantato e godere di una prima colazione da sogno. Located near Bergamo, in La Cantalupa, a property surrounded by vineyards and various types of vegetation. There is an enchanting and well-kept park where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll before dining. The welcome you receive is simply perfect. A great close-knit family led by Rossella can interpret the needs of the guests just by a glance. This aspect alone could already be enough to make it one of the best restaurants in Italy. But it also boasts a vast wine cellar and a monumental dessert that truly pampers you at the end of the meal. The cherry on top is the dishes made with skill, that are rich in taste, contemporary but with an eye to tradition. Some of the dishes have made history and are still in great demand today, such as the Paccheri al pomodoro (this version created by the founder Vittorio) creamed with butter and Parmesan directly at the table or the “Elephant Ear” (the gigantic cutlet) to be eaten by two or more people. Among the seafood proposals, you’ll find a modern taste and great respect for the raw material used which is of the highest quality. Within the establishment, there are also some comfortable suites, for those who wish to allow themselves the great luxury of staying overnight in this enchanted place and enjoy a breakfast that only compares to a dream.
